Rick Dillon

Rick has over 38 years’ experience owning and operating businesses in more than 16 different industries. As co-author of The Business Sale… An Owner’s Most Perilous Expedition and a seminar series The Magic of M&A Math, Rick has shared his expertise with business owners across the globe.

Drew Siebert

Prior to becoming a Business Transitions Advisor, Drew purchased a company in 2014, grew it’s value over 5x and sold it six years later in the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic. Afterward, he found his calling in helping other business owners through the process of buying, selling, and the rest of the Boutique Investment Banker services. Our firm will even help owners increase the value of their firm, similar to what Drew did with his own company. We use a unique process with our clients that leads to creative solutions that often surprise owners and surpass their expectations. Hence why we call ourselves Optimum Transitions by Dillon, Ltd.: Our goal is not to churn out transactions, our goal is to work on fewer transitions and perfectly execute each one in the way that best accomplishes the stakeholders’ goals.

We are an advocate for our clients - consistently working to find the best ways to help them reach their goals. If we have concerns about a deal that is coming together, we are going to address those concerns head on with our client to ensure everyone is going into the deals with eyes wide open. We believe in honesty, and strongly believe parties can come to the best solution with all the relevant facts presented.
