R.C. (Bob) Evans heads the Dillon office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Bob, who holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ohio State University, brings a wealth of knowledge to the Dillon Group, as well as a vast amount of experience from a variety of business fields. Bob's exposure and involvement in rural community development and management consulting, both nationally and internationally, has given him broad experience in many industries. This background has involved him in many feasibility studies, in the establishment of financial programs, and the pairing of many buyers and sellers. Bob's background brings an added depth of knowledge and experience to the table from which all clients benefit.

Bob has over 30 years of operational experience and expertise in financial management, marketing, strategic planning, product introduction, sales expansion, pricing, distribution systems and organization development. He has led the successful turnaround and start-up of several marketing and manufacturing companies.

He brings an original blend of knowledge and abilities to the Dillon Group. team of professionals. As co-founder of the Indiana office, Bob stays directly connected to hundreds of clients across the nation.
