Dave Fahle
After graduating from the Business Department of Central Missouri University with a Marketing degree, Dave spent 6 years as an executive in the corporate world of Pillsbury. In the next 3 years, Dave lead a start-up Food Brokerage company from zero to $20 million in revenues.
The same principles that built the brokerage company were applied to a consulting venture that targeted mid-level manufacturers looking for sales and management help to get to the next level. Clients included companies looking to introduce new products and also companies that had well recognized brands. Dave's firm was able to take unique products such as, Clean Shower, and transform them into viable categories. Clean Shower was sold within 2 years to Church & Dwight, better known as Arm & Hammer.
Through his innovative approaches in marketing display and relationship management, Dave has delivered huge value enhancements to the shareholders of companies such as Williams Seasonings, Giorgio Mushrooms and Pace Foods. Dave's 3 years at Pace ended with the sale of Pace foods to Campbells Co. for $1.1 billion, after the Pace Picante Sauce and Salsa brands saw phenomenal growth that had propelled them to the market leader.

Dave spends his free time with his family and enjoys an occasional round of golf with friends. His most rewarding experience to date was seeing his autistic son become a productive adult, successfully employed in the workforce.
